Cancellation / exchange and Refund Policy

– We set a refund policy in order to ensure the customer has the right to return the products if he wishes to do so, and in order to put the customer in the picture, we will explain the mechanism and the terms and conditions that belong to the store we ask.

Terms and Conditions: –

– In the case that you wish to “cancel the order or refund the amount” and the payment method is via “mada, visa, bank transfer, or cash on delivery” it takes 7 working days to return the amount.
– If the customer wishes to return, the customer shall bear all the return shipping amounts and return the product in its original condition and with its own packaging.
– In the event that there is an error from the store, the store bears all shipping costs without any increase on the customer.
